Book 1
Book one is about a warring planet. This planet in the past was one, until a war that tore it apart. There are literally two sides that would have shot one or the other side into space if not for the gravity in the center of the planet. There are two sides of the planet now.
The dark side is all evil. This side of the planet is like Mordor, being all black and charred. It is ruled by a tyrannical master that forges power through pain and suffering. This side is a perfect dystopia.
On the other side is the good side that is all white and shiny. There is a just king that rules with compassion and love. It is forged through bonds of faith and willing submission. This side is a perfect utopia.
Back in the original war the planet was cracked. The cracked space was filled with rock and floating islands that move within the area. Kind of like a planetary asteroid belt.
War rages in the no man’s land of the crack. Themes include not following the good society because of blind faith, corruption, and deceit, not following evil for it destroys itself, leads to suffering, and will consume you.
