Cracked article said what if a game was like GTA but everyone was like the player. Then when everyone is insane flip the script and become a cop who still tries to save the city.
My Idea – The story would start with an alien race on a ship at a new planet they have found. (Maybe have a few planets to visit before they find this one) They find the new planet has beings that are intelligent but only on a basic level. They find a resource that is worth millions on their planet or can sustain them better. They take much of the planets resources and enslave the planet. As the player plays on they feel that the inhabitants are just monsters because of a few things. 1)The aliens vision will be sonar, so it will only see things that sound bounces off of, which will warp the buildings and enemies (green color to everything). 2) The player will speak the main character’s language (English or so it seems). 3) They will be in bio suits, which get destroyed but never the alien inside (Tech heavy metallic bodies)
FLIP – The aliens will be on Earth and because of 1, 2, and 3, the player will not be able to see human figures, know English, or understand death. Years later you are now part of the last humans on earth that start a rebel allience.
